BDS maintains a direct workforce of 120 production workers and 20 support staff. Other temporary workers are hired from local labour supply companies or from our Group companies at production peaks.

The capability to execute an entire turnkey project further reinforces our claim of being able to provide the necessary materials, manpower and other resources vital to the implementation of a turnaround assignment, from scratch. In keeping within the parameters of our remote site construction services, B.D.S.  is capable of designing, supplying and installing an entire work force accommodation camp, incorporating essential features like sewage treatment, electrical power generation, ground works and all other aspects that make portable accommodation not just livable but comfortable as well. And this service is not confined within the bounds of India  – we are able to undertake such projects anywhere.
